  I purchased a laptop from this store which was faulty and had already been sent away for one repair. I attempted to return it and was referred to Colette who refused to refund me. She wanted to send the laptop away for a 2nd repair which I was unhappy about as I had only had the product a couple of months. She was rude and kept disappearing into the back of the shop. I became increasingly annoyed and embarrassed and after speaking to Toshiba on the stores telephone they said a refund was at the managers discretion. She still refused to refund me so I stood my ground until the other store manager agreed to refund the purchase price. I shouldn't have had to fight for my rights. This woman should not be let loose on customers as she has no concept of customer service. I am sure this is not the image Argos would like people to see in store!
